Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. This does not count for all the products on the website though. Some items can not be returned or refunded.
Therefore, always make sure to properly view The Collection - found underneath the product name - on the product page:
- Fresh Vintage: Returns accepted (except if mentioned otherwise in the product description)
- Fresh Vintage Art Wear: Returns or refunds are not accepted
- Fresh Vintage Design: Returns accepted (except if mentioned otherwise in the product description)
Every item is washed, steamed and priced before selling. Since we want to keep providing the best for our customers, this process is repeated after returns arrive. Shipping costs for returns are always for the customer.
Most of the Vintage Clothing on our website is meant to be a bit oversized. Play around, be creative before considering a return. You might just rock the boat just the right way if it's not your usual fit. That's what vintage is all about.
There is no option to try on the clothes beforehand at the moment, any changes to this will be mentioned under Opening Hours on the bottom section of the website.
Since we are dealing with vintage clothing, clothes can show some wear and tear here and there. This only adds to the charm of the vintage concept. If there are any huge discrepancies however, we always try to mention it in the product description.
Products are only accepted back into the store if they are congruent with the way they were delivered and the pictures on the product page (not damaged, stained, washed, etc.). The price card still has to be intact. This will be viewed upon arrival. If there is any suspicion that the products were used or damaged by the customer or third parties, Fresh Vintage has the right to refuse returns or consider only a partly refund for the initial order value.
The products have to be shipped to the right address along with the delivery note, reason for return and must be provided with a tracking number for them to be accepted. An e-mail has to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (within the 14-day time period) to initiate this process and notify Fresh Vintage of the return. Currently, only customer product shipments to Belgium and The Netherlands are considered for a return. Refunds will be made upon arrival/receipt and inspection of the goods.
Since there is only one piece out of everything we sell, it is possible that a product is sold in the physical store and via the webshop simultaneously due to its limited availability.
If this were to be the case, you can always pick another product (same amount) of your choice or will be given a refund (the choice is yours).
Shipments usually go out every Monday.
