Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. This does not count for all the products on the website though. Some items can not be returned or refunded.
Therefore, always make sure to properly view The Collection - found under product name - on the product page.

Every item is washed, steamed and priced before selling. Since we want to keep providing the best for our customers, this process is repeated after returns arrive. Shipping costs for returns are always for the customer.
Most of the Vintage Clothing on our website is meant to be a bit oversized. Play around, be creative before considering a return. You might just rock the boat just the right way if it's not your usual fit. That's what vintage is all about.
If you want to be completely sure of your fit however, you can always come to the store for a try-out. We open every Saturday and are located at Rijnkaai 150 Bis, 2000 Antwerpen in Belgium. Make sure to check our Opening Hours at the bottom of the page for any exceptions.
Since we are dealing with vintage clothing, clothes can show some wear and tear here and there. This only adds to the charm of the concept. If there are any huge discrepancies however, we always try to mention it in the product description.
Products are only accepted back into the Store if they are congruent with the way they were delivered or the pictures on our website (not damaged, stained, washed, etc.). The price card still has to be intact. This will be viewed upon arrival. If there is any suspicion that the products were used or damaged by the customer or third parties, Fresh Vintage has the right to refuse returns or consider only a partly refund for the initial order value.
The products have to be shipped to the right address - different from store location - along with the delivery note and reason for return and must be provided with a tracking number for them to be accepted. An email has to be sent to email@example.com (within the 14-day time period) to initiate this process and receive further instructions. Currently, only customer product shipments to Belgium are considered for a return.
Since there is only one piece out of everything we sell, it can happen that a product is sold in the physical store and via the webshop simultaneously due to its limited availability.
If this were to be the case, you can always pick another product of your choice or will be given a refund (the choice is yours).
Shipments go out every Monday and Tuesday.
